Company Overview
Efficient Precision LLC provides special products and small assemblies to all types of industries, with a special focus on complete procurement solutions. Our resources include precision machining equipment and processes, and a network of manufacturing support for fabricating and stamping. These capabilities allow us to provide prototype and developmental services as well as medium and high volume production runs. Engineering and tool-making resources assure a rapid and complete response to customer requirements. We are also a distributor of Fasteners for Military and Aerospace.

Who We Are
Keith Heinlein Jr.
CEO and is a service-disabled veteran. Keith served in the United States Marine Corps, receiving multiple combat–decorations during his Afghanistan deployment. He has over 9 years of experience with all phases of rubber-molding manufacturing and precision machining. Keith’s manufacturing expertise has been applied to a diverse group of industries, which include food & beverage, military products, automotive, and medical.

Ted received his BS in Industrial Engineering from The Ohio State University and has over 30 years of manufacturing experience, with an emphasis on precision machining. Ted is also majority owner of Efficient Machine Products Corp. an affiliate company of Efficient Precision LLC.

JoAnn Wilson-Vlach
Director, Business Development with over 13 years of manufacturing experience with a background in engineering. JoAnn plays a key role in new business development for Efficient Precision LLC and also for Efficient Machine Products Corp an affiliate company of Efficient Precision LLC. JoAnn is an active member of PMPA (Precision Machine Products Association), and sits on its Management Update Committee as Chairman and is also a Chapter Officer for its Northern Ohio Chapter.

What is your typical lead time?
Lead times can vary greatly in the precision machining industry depending on many factors. A key factor is process complexity (but not necessarily part complexity). At Efficient, when we prepare a quotation, we will always carefully review all inputs; process, materials, machine loads, heat-treat and finishing. With our quotation, we will always provide a delivery estimate that is realistic and achievable.
What is your minimum order quantity and can you provide samples?
We have no quantity minimums, and we are pleased to quote prototypes. Realize that material minimums, heat treat and plate lot charges, upfront tooling costs, as well as machine setup costs can make small quantity runs expensive. We can offer several options when you are looking for a prototype run vs a production run vs some combination of both. Contact us for more details.
What are your payment terms?
Our normal payment terms are net 30 days. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards at this time.
Do you offer JIT delivery?
The majority of our customers rely on us to provide multiple release or “blanket” orders to multiple locations. We can plan and manufacture based on firm releases and forecasts assuring that you will have the right amount of product shipped to the right place at the right time. We can work with you to design a supply management program that fits your needs using your MRP or forecasting system.
Are your products RoHS and REACH compliant?
We only manufacture products to your exact specifications. The materials and finishes we use are determined by your blueprints or other specifications or standards that you provide or reference to us. Therefore, we can claim compliance only to the extent that we have followed your specifications.
